10 Hanging Scap Pulls
20m Gorilla Crawls
10 Hanging Scap Circles
20m Crab Walk
10 Hanstand Shurgs

Then – with and Empty Barbell
6 Deadlifts
6 Clean Pulls
6 Hang Muscle Clenas
6 Front Squats
6 Hang Power Cleans
6 Power Cleans

Scaling Options:
Hang Power Cleans > Hang Muscle Cleans > KB Hang Power Cleans
