The goal for our todays EMOM in Part B is to keep our rep scheme consistent across the 4 rounds, the 1 minute rest should give us plenty of time to regather inbetween rounds and give our “mins” our best efforts.

20m Goblet Carry
6 KB Push Press (E/side)
6 Burpees Over KB
