CrossFit WOD – Wednesday 9th September
We start our Hump Day WOD by focussing on quality movement with Part A, taking the intensity off the AMRAP and making sure we’re getting good quality reps.
Part B ramps up the intensity with a 50 cal Buy In & Out with 3 Rounds of Benchmark CrossFit WOD, “Kelly”.
Cardio rounds out our Hump Day – get pumped for class today !
