Suitable for ages 12 to 17 years old.

Active Mums (Parents) Class
Mums (and dads) can bring bubs to this class and ease back into a training routine postpartum.
The music is turned down a bit lower, the intensity is slightly more relaxed and we take regular breaks to check on baby (toddlers / kids) during class.

FRF Womens Class

Gym Only Access
If you’re a member of another CrossFit Affiliate and live nearby, and keen to practice in your own time then this is a great option for you too.
