CrossFit WOD – Monday 7th September
The best day of the week, where we get to set the benchmark for the week ahead.
We’re working on our efficiency with the barbell for Part A, and building to a heavy load.
The heavier weight we reach for Part A will make Part B a lot easier and a lighter.
A long Bike will fatigue the arms and legs as we work through the DB sets.
